Christopher and his helper came to do the job on time, and they did a great job removing trash from the roof and deck and then washing them. What a difference it made in the appearance of my roof. I'm especially appreciative of learning that I had about a 2 inch hole in my roof, from a fallen tree limb! I had no idea my roof was damaged! I have already put in a claim with my insurance company and will have a repair done before water leaks into my attic. Service couldn't be better!

We have a stucco front home with white stucco trim that tends to get dirty quite easily. Very stubborn mildew and algae stains that we have neglected for a couple of years now. I was skeptical at first, and wasn't sure they would be able to get the stains out. I was pleasantly surprised when they finished the job. The front of our house looks like it was freshly painted. Dennis and the team always get our house looking amazing. This year the ceiling of the front porch had a lot of what I assume was mold on it and now it looks freshly painted. The whole has looks freshly painted honestly. Paint job is 8 years old but you wouldn’t know it. We had them pressure wash the cement areas this visit and it’s amazing the difference it made.

This is the second time I’ve used Grizzly Softwash. Initially it was for algae treatment of part of the roof. The streaked and blemished roof looks like new. About 6 months later another section (not previously treated) needed attention. As they did such a good job the first time, I rehired the firm to complete the roof, clean the entire outside of the house and pressure wash the walkways. Dennis did a full assessment, drew up an estimate and kept me apprised of the when appointment would be. Again the job was complete, thorough, on time. The job included moving a considerable amount of outside furniture was was done without a mishap.I plan on using GS next year.

I hired Grizzly Softwash to clean the exterior of my home. The two guys that came brought a professional truck and used a low pressure chemical to saturate the house and then rinsed and when necessary brushed the grime off my house. When they were done I walked around with them and pointed a few things I thought could be touched up. They did the touch ups gladly and it wasn’t awkward. The end result is better than expected. They recovered some wood asthetics that I didn’t think were possible. My wife was happy it wasn’t high pressure and didn’t flood in through the windows.
