What is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is the use of water-based, biodegradable chemicals to break down dirt and grime, get rid of bug nests, and webs, and kill mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria – leaving the surface clean and sanitized.

Grizzly Softwash, LLC and specifically Dennis was great throughout the entire process from understanding what I needed to recommended services and I can't recall how many, but there were several updates/reminders leading up to the agreed upon date which is great for me and my busy schedule. The pricing was very transparent and the invoice was very detailed as to what specifically they were going to do and what equipment, etc would be used (softwash vs other).I can't recall the exact person who came to the house but he was great as well. He called prior to arriving, kept me updated once he completed one area and before he began another area. As I told him, I'm "sparkly clean". We have a stucco front home with white stucco trim that tends to get dirty quite easily. Very stubborn mildew and algae stains that we have neglected for a couple of years now. I was skeptical at first, and wasn't sure they would be able to get the stains out. I was pleasantly surprised when they finished the job. The front of our house looks like it was freshly painted. Normally I pressure wash my own home for spot issues, but then the HOA does their inspection and hard to reach places need to get cleaned too. Every few years, I need a professional house washing. 2nd time I have used them to clean my roof. Very professional, excellent equipment, trained crew and very careful with grass and plants. Post cleaning neutralizing wash on plants and grass protects them. Price is very fair for quality of work done. Don't go cheap and risk roof and plants.

I had a great experience with Grizzly Softwash. My cedar siding was black in multiple areas and looked terrible. The professionals that came to wash were extremely thorough and there are no traces of the black mildew gunk. It almost looks like it has been painted. I strongly recommend if you are looking for an alternative to painting or if you are planning to paint your house exterior.
